Job Description
Your primary duties responsibility as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist at Feitoria is to find and enhance operational and production processes to increase productivity, lower costs, and enhance client satisfaction. Using SHOPWARE, Scada, and SAP, you will supervise and manage manufacturing process reporting data to guarantee the best possible production output in terms of quantity, cost, and quality. Your work will assist us turn our operations into a world-class manufacturing organization that uses lean and total productive maintenance (TPM) techniques
The Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Operations, or Industrial Engineering and Advanced Technical Diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), ERP, and relevant computer software and Operational systems knowledge of SHOPWARE, Scada, Visio, AutoCAD, and SAP
Experience Needed
- Over 3 years of experience applying Lean and 5S techniques in a Lean manufacturing environment and Over 3 years of shift production experience in food, chemical, or beverage industries with BRC, ISO 9001 manufacturing experience
- Over 3 years of experience in cross-functional project or program management and the Disclosure of world-class Manufacturing processes and equipment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and utilization of SHOPWARE and SCADA as key manufacturing tools, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), including OTIF%, ATP%, downtime%, and MPS%, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and enhance department processes and standards to meet client requirements, Maintain and enhance Shopware reporting processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and Drive efficiencies across the company and monitor key processes to reduce expenses.
- Identify and address problems and non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans; and make sure timely equipment maintenance, achieve efficiencies above 80% OEE, and facilitate process improvement projects and training workshops to drive cultural change.
- Conduct advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping and budgeting, Design, install, and debug tooling and capital equipment for process improvement and Lead value stream mapping and transition to future state analysis.
- Conduct compliance audits and program evaluations to drive permanent transformation aligned with world-class standards.
