JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Duties Responsibilities
- Driving turnover to make sure achievement of targets and Controlling expenses and Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard and People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, and performance management
- Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards and make sure client satisfied by executing our client service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our clients
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate and a minimum of 3 years of retail experience with a minimum of 1 year of store leadership experience.
