Professional Nurse (Clanwilliam Secure Care Centre)

Introduction

The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government, is looking for qualified and competent professional nurses to give holistic nursing care at the Clanwilliam Secure Care Centre This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the well-being of residents in a cost-effective and efficient, as well as equitable manner.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 1: Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification permitting registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse, compulsory registration with the SANC and a Grade 2: Same qualifications as Grade 1 with at least a minimum of 10 years of nursing experience after registration as a professional nurse.
  • Grade 3: Same qualifications as Grade 1 with at least minimum of 20 years of nursing experience after registration as a professional nurse.
