Store Supervisor at Mr Price Home Paarl Mall Western Cape

Do you have a some strong leadership style and a love for retail? Do you have a penchant for motivating teams and doing well in a fast-paced environment? If so, we would like to have you work as a store supervisor for Mr. Price Home, if you Qualify you may apply this position!

You will be a key player in making sure that our store operates smoothly and efficiently and gives outstanding client experiences as a store supervisor at Mr. Price Home. You’ll be the engine of our team, fostering a supportive atmosphere and upholding our high standards

Key duties and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead by example, inspire, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and give outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Make sure that the store is visually appealing by following visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product displays.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and help with inventory management tasks.
• Client Engagement: Foster a culture of excellent client service and resolve client queries or issues effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Makse sure thst operational processes are followed and the store is well-maintained and clean.
• Training and Development: Train and evolve your team members, identifying areas for growth and improvement
• Sales Performance: Work with the store manager to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 2years previous retail supervisory or leadership experience in retail, Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Excellent organizational and time management skills, passion for home decor, and a good eye for design.
• The Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and Grade 12
