Position Overview: The goal of the position is achieve sales targets and promote the Auto Pedigree brand.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Everyday, weekly and monthly management of sales and Have an knowledge of vehicles by familiarising yourself with their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month and driving specific strategies to retain and grow the existing client base and Help with the setup of the showroom, displays, and Accompany clients on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
- Managing customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service and Total dedication to achieve sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using their own skills and identifying and venturing into new revenue streams.
- Making sure client escalation is managed, feedback is giving and Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12/Matric, Valid Code 8 driver’s license and Computer literacy and 2 years of client service and sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Relevant industry experience desirable and Some knowledge of the compliance governing the retail industry – an advantage, and some understanding of the areas’ most spoken languages – an advantage.
- An knowledge of Auto Pedigree’s products and services – desirable.
Essential to note: The appointed person may be required to work weekends and shifts.
- Skills and Personal Attributes: Possess an entrepreneurial flair and interpersonal exceptional communication (telephonic and face-to-face), negotiation and influencing skills, a strong understanding of industry and market trends and consumer behaviour and self-motivation, priority-setting, and time management.
- The Ability to deal with diverse clients and cater for their unique needs and evidence of use of own initiative and problem-solving abilities required.
- Must exhibit good time management skills, demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment, and be neat and presentable, and a Great networking skills and Strong numerical skills
